  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupmargarine
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Passion flavoring essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients and measure then preheat the oven and grease baking tin

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and margarine at higher speed till pale

  3. 3

    Add eggs then essence then mix as well

  4. 4

    Add sieved flour plus baking powder little by little then add milk to get the preferred consistency

    Bake at 180degrees for 30-35mins
