Spinach laccha paratha

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add a tablespoon of oil and make semi-soft dough of it and allow it rest for 10 minutes.

Then cut pieces from the dough and make laccha paratha of it.

Now heat a tawa, put paratha over it, cook well from both sides the drizzle oil over it, again cook it for few minutes and switch off the flame.

Your Spinach laccha paratha is ready to serve now.
