In a large pot, boil the chicken with enough water to cover, along with the onion and garlic.

Cut the potatoes, carrots, and zucchini into large cubes. Set aside.

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. Set aside.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the reserved vegetables except for the zucchini. Also add the tomato bouillon cube and the tomato puree.

When the potatoes are halfway tender, add the zucchini (since zucchini cooks faster than potatoes and carrots).

Once the zucchini is tender, add the spinach. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, then enjoy this delicious dish.
