Ingredients

  1. 500 grOrganic Rolled Oats
  2. 300 grAssorted Nuts/dried fruits (almond nut, cashew nut, golden flaxseed, pistachio, pumpkin seed,dried cranberries, etc)
  3. 50 gCoconut Oil
  4. 32 g- 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  5. 50 g- 100% Pure Honey
  6. 3 tbspdark brown sugar
  7. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  8. 1 tspginger powder
  9. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everthing together EXCEPT the dried fruits. Bake 30 min, 180C.

  2. 2

    Turn mixture every 10min.

  3. 3

    Once you take it from the oven, stir in the dried fruits/dried cranberries. Let it cool and keep in airtight container. Ready to be served with your fav greek yogurt or you just can munch it as a healthy snack. Enjoy!
