Parboil the rice re wash and keep.

Boil the meat with onion,maggi cubes,and salt boil it to be soft.

Bleach the palmoil till is transparent,allow it to cool and place back on the gas cooker.onces oil is hot chop the onion and pour in to fry with crayfish.

Then salt,dry red pepper,maggi cubes and water when is boiling pour in the parboiled rice and stir.

When the rice is almost done cut the carrots and green pepper and pour in stir very well.simmer for few mins.
