In a medium sized pan fill it with water three quarter full

Slightly immerse the eggs, let them stand, cover and boil for 15 minutes till they're hard
3

Remove them from the heat and place them in cold water for easy shelling

On a plate sprinkle a pinch of salt you can add kachumbari and enjoy
