Heat oil and fry yam and Potatoes

Fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and remove

Add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli

Add ginger paste saute well

Add powder masala saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and fried vegetables,saute well till oil separates

Add water and tamarind pulp and cover
- 8
As the yam and Potatoe get cooked add sugar and mix
