Steps

Peel and cut yam in your preferred shape, wash and boil add salt.boil it for 5-7minutes.drain the water.

Pour flour in a bowl, add dry pepper, salt, curry and half stock cube.

Break egg in the bowl, sprinkle salt, add half of stock cubes,add dry black pepper and mix

Heat up oil in deep frying pan, select the yam from the pot and roll in the flour one after the other.

Once oil is hot enough and each side turn cripsy and golden brown in a minute; flip over to let the other side fry; place in a sieve to drain out oil.

Serve with hot sauce and fried chicken wings
