Steps

Cut the onion,spring onion,fresh pepper,green pepper,carrots.grate the ginger and garlic.

Cook rice for 15minutes minutes and rinse.

In a pan heat it up and put margarine onces it melts fry onion,fresh pepper,curry,salt,stock cubes,carrots,green pepper,spring onion,Ginger and garlic then scoope in 3cksp of rice and stir till is well done.

Repeat till the rice finishes.
