  • Halfchicken sliced
  • Pilau masala
  • Mala(butter milk)
  • to tasteOil,onions, tomatoes,salt
  • Garlic,tomato paste

    Start by washing the chicken,and boil it for 30 min

  2. 2

    Fry the onions,garlic and add chicken and salt let it cook for 5 min then add the tomatoes,paste,pilau masala and cook for 5 min again,

  3. 3

    Now add the mala and cook on low heat till its ready
