For Dosa: Soak the dhal and rice separately for five hours, soak poha for ten mins. Now grind the dhal first with water and salt into a fine paste then take it out in a vessel then grind rice with poha with salt and water and then mix the dhal into it and ferment it for 6 hours. Now take a tawa and spread a ladle full of the batter with little oil and filp to cook on both sides.

For chutney: Take oil in kadai add mustard seeds methi seeds curry pata hing and cook well. Then add in the onions and cook well. Once cooked add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt little sugar and cook well and serve with dosa.
