  • 4 tablespoonMustard powder
  • 2 tablespoonTamarind paste
  • Green chilli paste as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoonRow turmeric paste
  • 4-5 tablespoonMustard oil

    All ingredients mix well with fish

    All ingredients stuff a cover fry pan then 20-25mints on Low flame
