  1. 100 gmHilsa fish
  2. 4 tablespoonMustard powder
  3. 2 tablespoonTamarind paste
  4. Green chilli paste as per taste
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tablespoonRow turmeric paste
  7. 4-5 tablespoonMustard oil

    All ingredients mix well with fish

    All ingredients stuff a cover fry pan then 20-25mints on Low flame

    Then cooked done👍😊😋
