Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat a skillet to hot.

Coat the outside of the beef with salt and pepper.

Sear the beef on all sides including the ends.

When the outside is seared, put into the oven.

Cook in the oven till it's at your desired doneness.

Let it rest for 15 minutes. I hope you enjoy!
