Chicken and Potato with Homemade Ranch Dressing in Slow Cooker

I found this recipe in YouTube, but I don't have any ranch dressing at hand. (I don't think they sell it around here, the powder version, I mean) So I made my own ranch dressing. I decided not to add buttermilk in this version, but feel free to do so. (Or use a sachet of ranch dressing powder instead)

Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 4 pieceschicken, coated with a pinch of salt and garlic powder, browned in a pan
  2. 3potatoes, scrubbed dry, cubed
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tspthyme
  7. 1/4 tspcrushed black pepper
  8. 1/4 tspdill
  9. 1/2 tsponion powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix salt, garlic powder, thyme, crushed black pepper, dill, and onion powder. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Pour oil into slow cooker. Arrange cubed potatoes inside and sprinkle with the dry mixture.

  3. 3

    Arrange chicken on top. Sprinkle the remaining dry mixture on top.

    Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
