It's a very easy dish for breakfast & as snacks .
Steps

Whisk eggs in a bowl

Heat a pan with 2 tsp of butter,add chopped onions & capsicum,salt,saute on a high flame for 1 minute

Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder& mix well, Spread the mixture.

Reduce the flame to low & add eggs.

Cook till the base is set.Flip it & cook.

Fry it to & fro from both sides until fully cooked.

Add grated cheese as required.

Fold it half way until the cheese melts.

Serve cheese omelette warm.
