1 &1/2 cup maida
1/2 cupsugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 tsprefined oil
2 &1/2 cup cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all dry ingredients properly. Add vanilla extract & oil mix it. Add milk & prepare smooth batter.

Take a kadai, pour 1 cup of water, keep a stand in bottom of kadai. Put it on gas in medium flame. Take a cake making bowl or any flat bottom bowl. Spread 1/2 t-spoon of oil in it. Pour the batter in it & cover the bowl with foil paper & keep the bowl on the stand (kadai) for 30 mins in medium flame.
