Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoaked chana dal
  • 1ginger
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 1chopped onion
  • leavesChopped green coriander
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • As neededGrinded fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  • 1 teaspooncarom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Coarsely grind chana dal with ginger and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add all masala and chopped onion, green coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Make small flat vade

  4. 4

    Fry on medium flame

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutney and imli saunth
