Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lbsplain cow’s milk yogurt (about 1 kg)
  • 1whole cucumber, grated with skin on
  • 6large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunchfresh dill, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonsalt, leveled
  • 3 tablespoonsvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the cucumber.

  2. 2

    Grate the cucumber with the skin on, then drain it well in a strainer to remove excess liquid.

  3. 3

    Add the cucumber to the bowl and mix well. Refrigerate the tzatziki for 1 hour. Serve.
