Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1Brinjal sliced
  • 1cauliflower cut
  • 1sweet potato cubed
  • 2-3pointed gourd
  • 4-5 slicepumpkin
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry lentil dumplings

  2. 2

    Keep aside and add more oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add all the veggies and saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    Add ginger paste and all the masalas and saute well

  6. 6

    Add dumplings and fry

  7. 7

    Add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked well

  8. 8

    Add sugar and switch off.serve with rice.
