Boil meat with capsicum and courgette for 20mins

Add the chopped onion and cooking oil and stir for about 2 minutes

Add in sliced tomatoes and salt then cover for 3mins

Add in the crushed garlic and mix well

Add carrots and keep stiring

Add in the pre boiled peas
- 7
Mix everything together add 1cup water cover and let cook for 5mins

Stew is ready serve with rice or spaghetti
