Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 kgbeef stewing pieces
  • 1onion, diced
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 2potatoes chopped in blocks
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • 1 tspsteak and chops spice
  • 2 cubesbeef stock
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 1/4 cupbarbecue sauce marinate

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Mince garlic and mix with meat

  2. 2

    Add spices and barbecue sauce marinade for an hour and beef stock simmer for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Add diced onion and oil start cooking in a law heat until well cooked

  4. 4

    Add green pepper and potatoes and beef stock

  5. 5

    Simmer for 30 mins ready to serve
