Take a bowl add refined flour, rava and oil and mix it well add little water and make tight dough.Keep it aside for 20 minute

Now heat a pan add little ghee,rost mava and dry fruits, add sugar and make stuffing.

Now take a ball of dough, make big chapati, in oval shape little thin and grease the gujia mould and place the chapati and fill one side of styffing and fold it. Remove rxtra chapati.

Heat oil in wok and fry all gujia in medium oil

Gujia is ready serve it.
