Ingredients

  • 500 grskinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Oil for frying (2-3 tbsp every batch should do it)
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspparsley flakes
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspgrated parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chicken with mayo, garlic powder, and salt. Rest overnight in a fridge.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat for this.

  3. 3

    Mix breadcrumbs with salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder, grated parmesan. Coat the chicken pieces with breadcrumbs mixture. Fry until golden brown and flip occasionally.

  4. 4

    I added the chicken pieces to my kids' bento.

I am assuming coat the chicken with the crumb mix before frying? Should the chicken be cold or allowed to warm to room temp ?
