Steps

Wash and peel off the potatoes and cut into small cubes

Cut the onions into small pieces, carrots into julienne and crush the garlic

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower

In a pan put oil and heat add the margarine and add the potatoes and cook

Add the crushed garlic and onions cook for 2 mins

Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and cook for a minute then add the carrot and 4 tbsp of stock and simmer for 2 mins

Serve them while they are hot
