Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 2 table spoonoil
  • 1 tea spooncumin seeds
  • 5-6 mediumChopped tomatoes
  • 2medium sized sliced onions
  • 1/2 mediumGreen capsicum cut into slices
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 table spoonVinegar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 table spoontomato sauce
  • 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1 inchJulien's of ginger
  • leavesFresh chopped green coriander
  • 1 table spoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,hing and chopped onion sauté till golden brown

    Cut paneer into small cubes

  3. 3

    Add onion, tomato and capsicum strips to the pan and toss.

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and ginger. Mix it well

  5. 5

    Add vinegar and toss again. Add tomato sauce, mix well and cook for a minute

  6. 6

    Add paneer cubes, salt and garam masala powder and mix well

    Chop coriander leaves and add. Decorate with ginger Julien's  and Serve hot.
