Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2 table spoonoil
  3. 1 tea spooncumin seeds
  4. 5-6 mediumChopped tomatoes
  5. 2medium sized sliced onions
  6. 1/2 mediumGreen capsicum cut into slices
  7. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 2chopped green chillies
  10. 1 table spoonVinegar
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 table spoontomato sauce
  13. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  14. 1 inchJulien's of ginger
  15. leavesFresh chopped green coriander
  16. 1 table spoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,hing and chopped onion sauté till golden brown

    Cut paneer into small cubes

  3. 3

    Add onion, tomato and capsicum strips to the pan and toss.

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and ginger. Mix it well

  5. 5

    Add vinegar and toss again. Add tomato sauce, mix well and cook for a minute

  6. 6

    Add paneer cubes, salt and garam masala powder and mix well

    Chop coriander leaves and add. Decorate with ginger Julien's  and Serve hot.
