Ingredients

  • 4tomato puree
  • 3garlic
  • 1 cupwhole black DAL boiled and soaked overnight
  • 2 tspjeera powder (cumin)
  • 1 tsp coloured red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp malai (cream)

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil black DAL

  2. 2

    Then in a KADAI take oil

  3. 3

    Thn add garlic

  4. 4

    Tomato puree cook till remains oil on corners

  5. 5

    Add DAL in it

  6. 6

    Mash it little thn add water a glass

  7. 7

    Thn add ginger,garlic paste add red chillies salt

  8. 8

    Add cream

  9. 9

    Thn cook for a minute add JEERA powder then serve
