Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour/wheat flour:atta
  2. 50 gramshung curd
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  6. as neededoil
  7. As requiredwater
  8. 150 gramsboneless chicken cut into small cubes
  9. 1onion
  10. 2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  11. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  12. 2 teaspoonlemon juice
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. to tastesalt
  15. As requiredpizza seasoning(oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs)
  16. 1 tbsppizza sauce
  17. As requiredcheese
  18. 1-2Bell peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    For preparing the dough, mix flour, hung curd, baking powder, salt, sugar. knead it into a soft dough using warm water as required. Grease the dough with oil and rest it for an hour.

    For topping, marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, lemon juice, salt for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    After 30 mins add oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken cubes.

  4. 4

    For toppings cut onions and bell peppers in cubes and shallow fry them. You can use any other toppings of your choice.

  5. 5

    After resting the dough for an hour, knock down the dough with little oil again and flatten it with slightly thick edges. prick the dough with fork.

  6. 6

    For assembling the pizza, firstly put the dough in the baking tray, apply pizza sauce(available ready made in the market), grated cheese, chicken cubes,onion, bell peppers(toppings of your choice), mixed herbs, oregano, chilli flakes and again put grated cheese.

    Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake the pizza for 12-15 mins.
