Chicken Tangdi kabab

A delicious starter which could be a start of a lavish dinner.
Steps

Wash and make slits on the chicken leg joints. Rub all over with salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste and turmeric. Leave for 15 minutes.

Take the curd in a bowl. Add the spice powders

Whisk well. Now rub each leg peice with marinate. Keep in the fridge for an hour Atleast.

Preheat oven to 200 °. Take a baking tray and place all the leg peices properly

Drizzle oil over every piece. Now bake at 180 ° for 25 minutes.

Now turn every peice.

Now put it to bake again drizzling little oil again all over, for another 25 minutes.

Last 8 to 10 minutes switch to grill mode or leave in same mode and increase oven temperature to 210 °. Drizzle all over with chopped coriander. Serve hot

Yummy delicious kebabs are ready to devour. Serve with lemon wedges. The masala too is yumm to mix with hot steamed rice and have.
