Sugar syrup -Add sugar and water together cook till it get thick we want one string (chashni)add kesar in hot syrup

Take a pan add ghee or clarified butter than chick pea flour than add moong dal paste roast it for 10-15 min than add aloveera paste cook it for 20 -25 min till it get mix properly till the gas would be on low flame than add almond powder and elaichi powder cook it for 12-15 more min on low to medium flame than last add sugar syrup (chashni)

Add kesar in syrup Than again cook it for 10-12 min till halwa absorb all the syrup or halwa just leave the pan properly sprinkle some chopped almond, raisin as per your choice (enjoy hot hot halwa)💥💥💥happy Dussehra to al of u
