In a bowl pour three cups flour,oil and salt. using water to form a hard dough

Add water bit by bit until u get a hard dough

Continue kneeding for at least 8 mins

Cut into small pieces then make small balls

Roll them out and apply oil then flour and put on top of each other

Roll out to get a flat circle shaped

In a hot pan,dry then out for a few seconds,flip and do the same to the other side

Separate them,cut into quarters and make pocket s

Fill the pckets with the veggies

Sill it using paste

Fry them in oil till golden brown
