Ingredients

  1. 1 & 1/2 cupsuji/semolina
  2. 1/2 cupdahi / curd
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 pinchasafoetida
  7. 1 inchginger grated
  8. 1green chilli grated
  9. 1 pinchhaldi / turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp eno
  11. 1 tspFor tadka rai
  12. 1 tspjeera /cumin
  13. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  14. 1sprig Curry patta
  15. 3green chillies
  16. 2 tspoil
  17. 1 bunch dhaniya patti/ coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take sooji thn add dahi

  2. 2

    Mix well then add water again mix well

  3. 3

    Add salt haldi ginger chillies asafoetida

  4. 4

    Again give a mix no lumps found in batter

  5. 5

    Then add eno

  6. 6

    Steam for 15 to 18 mins in a steamer

  7. 7

    Then check with a tooth pic

  8. 8

    If it comes clean means it's done

  9. 9

    Then cut in your required shape

  10. 10

    Then for rai add all ingredients given below and garnish with hara daniya

  11. 11

    Enjoy
