Steps

Take a nonstick pan add samak rice,then dry roast till golden colour.

Then add chopped pista and almonds roast for few seconds keep a side.

Take a pan add ghee and grated jaggery melt add 1tsp water mix well.

Then add dry roasted samak rice mix well.

Take a greased tray pour samak batter then spread in wooden spatula.

After 5 minutes cut in pcs.

Then enjoy and store in a container.
