Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsooji/ semolina
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4 tbsdesi ghee
  • as neededGrated dry fruits
  • 4 bowlwater
  • Pinchfood colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat the desi ghee and roast the sooji till light brown.

  2. 2

    Take the another pan and heat the water and sugar and food colour.

  3. 3

    Put the sugar water into the sooji and cook it for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Put the grated dry fruits and mix it well and serve.
