Steps

Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute. Add green chillies. Saute.

Now add all veggies except coriander. Saute for a minute. Add 2 bowls of water. Let it boil. Add salt and black pepper. Boil.

Now add coriander leaves and juice of one lemon. Boil.

Make Slurry of corn flour by adding water. Mix this to soup and boil. Cook for 2 min.
