Cooking Instructions

Add buttermilk and besan in a mixing bowl mix it well.

Heat oil in a wok add hing,methi dana,coriander seeds and spices and roast it.

Now add buttermilk mixture and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Add kasoori methi and garam masala and mix well,
- 5
Serve with rice and roti.
