1/2 cup paneer
4boiled and mashed potatoes
1green chilli
1/2 tsp kitchen king Masala
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
2 slicesbread
1 tspcorn flour

Take above ingredients...wet the bread and mix in dough and make dough.....heat a pan and put oil and shallow fry the tikki from both side...

Serve as chaat by adding tikki curd, tamarind and green chutney or tikki chutney and curd....
