Peel your potatoes, wash and boil. Remember to add a little salt

In a bowl, break your egg, add corriander and seasoning cube and whisk until fluffy. Get a pand and fry the egg, be generous with your oil as that will make it rise. When fried, turn in a plate and keep aside.

Cut all your vegetables, fry, add your seasoning and stir. When it is well fried, then put your already fried egg and stir, allow to cook for 15 seconds and off the gas.

Serve hot and enjoy.
