  1. 3 cupsflour (self Raisn)
  2. 1/2 CupMilk
  3. 1/2 Cupprestige margarine
  4. 1/2 Cupoil
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbsNutmeg
  7. 1 tbsCinnamon
  8. 4medium eggs

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. 2

    In a clean bowl pour sugar & margarine mix until pale & fluffy.

  3. 3

    Sieve the flour, set aside. Break the eggs one by one in a small bowl & beat well.

  4. 4

    Alternate the eggs & flour mixture while folding in. Add the milk, nutmeg & cinnamon.

  5. 5

    Pour your batter in a baking tin, place into the pre heated oven.

  6. 6

    The aroma of the spices should fill the whole house, place a knife to ensure it's well baked.
