  • 1 bunchlettuce
  • 1avocado
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1medium sized cucumber
  • 30 gphiladelphia cheese
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tea sp lemon
  • Your favourite salad dressing

    Thoroughly wash all your vegetables

  2. 2

    Loosely chop the lettuce into bite size chunks.

  3. 3

    Dice the tomatoes, avocado and cucumber. About 1cm bite size pieces.

  4. 4

    Cut the cheese into cubes and then toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Add your soy sauce, lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well

  6. 6

    The smile on her face that afternoon was very worth the 15mins it took to prepare this simple recipe 😊.
