1 make s mixture of kuttu ka aata salt curd a the water to a pouring consistency..

In a nonstick pan add 2 tspn ghee. Add cumin. Green chillies. Add chopped tomato.. add mashed potatoes. Paneer. Add salt and coriander and cook it.

Now on a nonstick pan pour kuttu mixture and spread like dosa. Cook from both sides. Now in a plate spread this kuttu pan cake.. spread dhaniya chutney. Fill potato filling and fold it

Serve with curd or rayta
