Ingredients

8-10 people
  1. 500 gmGhee for fry
  2. 8-10 slicesbread
  3. 1 canmilkmaid
  4. 5-6motichoor ladoo
  5. 1 cuprabri
  6. 1/2 cupgrated khoya
  7. 100 gmfinely chopped almonds
  8. 10-12pistachio finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add ghee in it. And Fry bread slices until golden brown. Cut them in rectangular shapes.

  2. 2

    Take a baking dish and arrange these fried rectangular pieces to the bottom. Add a layer of milkmaid and a layer of motichoor Laddoos on it. Lastly add a layer of rabri over these layers.

  3. 3

    Repeat these three layers once more. On the top add the layer of rabri and grated khoya. Add almonds and pistachios finally and then bake it in a preheated oven at 250 degree Celsius for 10 min.

    Delicious bread khoya pudding is ready to serve and eat.

  5. 5

    U can add any sweet of your choice as a replacement of motichoor laddoos in this recipe.
