Steps

Peel and wash potatoes. Cut lengthwise in French fries 🍟style. Keep them in water.

Now take a pan and put these potatoes. Add 2 Tsp Salt. 4 Cups of water. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain and keep aside.

Now take a bowl and put these boiled potatoes. Take 1 Tsp rice flour and 1 Tsp maids and sprinkle it on potatoes and mix properly. All potatoes should be coated by this.

In a big bowl add remaining rice flour and maida. Add 1/2 Tsp Salt. Make a thick paste. It should not be flowy.

Now put potato fries in this paste and fry them in oil. Keep aside. Heat oil and fry these again on high flame. They should be golden in colour and crisp.

Roast 1 Tsp seasam seeds and keep aside for garnishing.

Take a wok. Pour 3 Tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic. Slit green chillies and 1 Tsp seasam seeds. Fry on high. Add chopped onion and capsicum. Fry for 1 min. Add spring onion greens.

Now add 1/2 Tsp Salt and 1/2 Tsp sugar. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and stir well. Add 1 cup water. Boil. Make a slurry of corn flour and add. Add tomato ketchup. Stir. Add black pepper. Mix well.

Switch off gas. Add honey. Mix well. Add potatoes. And mix well.

Now in serving dish put these potatoes and garnish with seasam seeds and spring onion greens. Enjoy😊
