Boil the potatoes. Peel them and then roughly chop them

Take a pan, heat some ghee, add chopped tomatoes to it.

Now add the rock salt and black pepper powder according to taste.

Let the tomatoes cook for a liitle time.

Now add the potaoes to the pan and cook it well.
