Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsabudana small
  2. 2potato
  3. 50 gmrajgira wheat
  4. 2green chilli
  5. as neededcurry leaves
  6. as neededcoriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt (sendha salt)
  8. 1/2 tspblack pappar
  9. as neededOil for frying
  10. 2-3 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana over night..peel potato..cut into french fries shape.

  2. 2

    Now sabudana, potato, rajgeera wheat and mix all the things together and make thick batter. And add some water.

  3. 3

    Now take a kadai and heat oil and put the sabudana like pakoda style and deep fry on high flame until golden brown...Sabudana pakoda is ready. And serve with coconut chutney.
