First in a small bowl add 1tbsp suji+ 2 tbsp milk...And keep aside for 5 mins.

Now in a bowl add all ingredients (along with suji + milk mixture)...and mix well...Knead dough well for 5 mins..till smooth.

Divide the dough in equal 4 portion.take a portion and roll it into a long rope.

Roll carefully to get a round shape..Like jalebi...

Meanwhile in a pan add sugar and water..(for making sugar syrup). Stir till sugar dissolved..Add cardamom powder, saffron/yellow food colour..and cook..for a min.

Deep fry all the prepared jilepi...In ghee/oil...till dark golden brown.

Add these fried jilepi in sugar syrup and cook for few mins...then switch off the flame..

Take it out and garnish with almonds and pista flakes..
