Ingredients

  • Beans
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Red pepper
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and deskin beans

  2. 2

    Soak the deskined beans for about an hour. Strain and add fresh garlic, red peppers and scotch bonnets

  3. 3

    Blend or take to a grinding place

  4. 4

    Add salt and Stock cubes to taste

  5. 5

    Whisk the paste until fluffy

  6. 6

    Fry in hot oil.
