Boil the maize-beans mixture until they cook

On a sufuria, heat the oil and add the onions...

Then add the grated garlic.. Let it cook for 2 minutes

Add a 1/2 tsp of turmeric...

Stir for a few minutes...

Ready to serve..

Bring water to boil... Then add tea leaves, and cardamom...

Serve tea with the githeri... Enjoy.!!
