Steps

Heat the milk in a thick bottom pan on medium flame.

As it started boiling reduced the heat to low flame.

Keep stirring in between till the quantity of milk reduced to half.

Then add sugar and mix well and further boiled the milk for another 15 minutes.

Switch off the gas. Then add finely chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.

Let it cool down. Then add saffron strands. Mix well. Keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled.
