1/4 cupgreen peas boiled
2tomatoes chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspachari masala powder
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add green chillies,ginger and tomato saute well
4

Add red chilli Powder and achari masala mix well
5

Add sugar and mix well
6

Add water and simmer till the Potatoes get soft
7

Serve it with pullav or puri
