I usually make this khir in liquid form but you can make it in a solid form and decorate it with chandi work grind the coconut and rice of your choice in a grinder make a thin paste heat some ghee in a kadhayi or patila make sure the utensil you are using doesnot heat fast because then mixture of coconut and rice which you are going to add in heated ghee can burn and stick to the utensil after adding the mixture of coconut and rice to ghee add milk to it you can even use

Milk powder and water some milk powders are even sweet so you will have to add less sugar add elaichi to the boiling khir you can even add kesar if it is available let the khir boil for a while serve it as per your desire garnish with your fevourite dry fruits you can even use small pieces of apple or pinneapple make sure the fruit you are using has no water or is sticky like bananas and pomegranate Thanks for reading 😊😊😊
